Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play the mobile games published by GLoK (“we”, “us”) on Google Play (the “Games”) and when you visit this website. In short: we do not collect or store your personal data ourselves. Our Games display advertising provided by third-party partners, who may collect certain data as described below.

Our games

Our Games do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us. Uninstalling a Game deletes this local data.

Advertising

To keep our Games free, they display ads served by the following partners:

These partners may automatically collect and process information such as:

  • your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID);
  • your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • device information (model, operating system, language, screen size, network type);
  • app usage and ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, installs);
  • diagnostic data (crashes, performance).

This information is used by the partners to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and, if you agree, show ads based on your interests. We do not receive data that identifies you personally. The partners act under their own privacy policies, linked above.

  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: when you first launch a Game, a consent message asks whether you agree to personalized advertising. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads, which are based on context rather than your profile. Where the Game offers a “Privacy” option in its settings, you can change your choice at any time.
  • Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Settings › Google › Ads depending on your device).
  • Stop all collection: uninstalling the Game stops all data collection by the Game and its partners.

Children

Our Games are not directed at children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country, 15 in France). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through one of our Games, contact us and we will help remove it.

This website

  • No tracking: this website uses no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers.
  • Cookies: only a strictly necessary session cookie is set on the contact page, to protect the form against spam and forgery. It is deleted when you close your browser. Your browser may also remember locally that you have already seen the intro animation; this never leaves your device.
  • Contact form: when you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. They are used only to answer you and are never sold or shared.
  • Hosting: this website is hosted by OVH SAS (France). Like any web server, it keeps technical logs (IP address, date, pages requested, browser type) for security and operation purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. As we do not store personal data from the Games ourselves, requests regarding advertising data are best sent to the partners listed above; we will gladly help you with this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL).

Security & retention

This website is served over HTTPS only. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted at the latest 12 months after our last exchange.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when adding a new Game or partner. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
